Chelsea grew up on a farm in small-town Iowa, where she developed a strong work ethic and a commitment to perseverance. These values became the foundation for her athletic journey, leading her to play Division I basketball at Iowa State University. Her career expanded to the professional level, including time in the WNBA and playing internationally across seven countries.

After retiring from basketball, Chelsea transitioned into leadership as the COO of a creative agency. Her background in elite athletics and her dedication to hard work now inspire her approach to business, where she shares her experiences and insights on achieving success through resilience and determination.
